We are committed to providing high-quality services to our clients with safety and comfort. Please remain quiet and respectful towards other guests throughout your visit. Conducting phone calls, video cameras, and personal stereos is prohibited during your visit. Additionally, smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas.
Appointments and Cancellations
Clients can schedule appointments online or by phone and must confirm the appointments at least 3 hours before the scheduled time, or the system will automatically remove the appointments. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointments, please give us at least 24 hours notice to avoid any cancellation fees.
Clients are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes before their appointment to allow check-in and preparation. Late arrivals may shorten service time and still be charged full price.
Clients are expected to dress appropriately, and we recommend that clients remove the jewelry and any restrictive or bulky clothing items before their service to ensure maximum comfort. We provide bathrobes, garments, and slippers for your comfort during the treatment.
Health and Safety
Clients must inform our staff of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or other health concerns that may affect their service. Our staff will follow strict sanitation and hygiene procedures, and we ask that clients also maintain good hygiene and cleanliness during their visit.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is under the influence of drugs or alcohol, who behaves inappropriately or aggressively, who makes inappropriate requests, or who violates any of our policies and procedures.
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment. We do not accept personal checks. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Clients must avoid Pregnancy Massage during their first 16 weeks of pregnancy and consult their healthcare provider before receiving any treatments or massage therapy during pregnancy. Clients must communicate openly with their massage therapist about any discomfort or concerns during the massage.
Gratuity is not included in the price of services. Tipping is appreciated but not required.
We offer lockers for our clients. Clients are responsible for their personal belongings, and we are not liable for lost or stolen items.
Gift vouchers are available online and in-store, valid for one year from purchase. Vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable. Vouchers are redeemable at the specific location where it was purchased.
A parent or guardian must accompany clients under 18 during their visit. We do not provide services to minors without the consent of a parent or guardian.
